Your Responsibilities – Navigate Beyond the Conventional:

Leads and coordinates the overall activities of the Planning Department, ensuring efficient organization and workflow

Ensures balanced production planning in alignment with capacity, resources, and market demand
-
Administers and optimizes MRP processes in SAP to guarantee accuracy and timely material availability

Manages and optimizes inventory levels through data analysis, forecasting, and production requirements planning
-
Develops sourcing policies aimed at supply security and cost optimization
-
Monitors production plan execution and implements corrective actions in case of deviations

Ensures effective communication and alignment between Planning, Production, Sales, and Procurement

Defines, implements, and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) for process performance
-
Builds and maintains sustainable partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
-
Actively participates in the development and continuous improvement of internal policies, procedures, and standards
-
Initiates and leads optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency across planning and procurement processes
Ideal Candidate Profile – A Visionary Beyond Limits:

University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field
-
Proven experience in production planning, material planning, or inventory management, preferably within a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of Lean principles and inventory optimization
-
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, including APO/PP-DS) and planning tools
-
Experience managing inventory levels and optimizing stock
-
Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset.

Fluent English (written and spoken)
