• Manage master data and business processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Ensure integration between SAP modules and connected systems.
• Analyze business requirements and propose improvements.
• Define, standardize and optimize business processes.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Participate in SAP implementation and improvement projects.
• Prepare training and documentation for end users.
• Communicate with stakeholders from various departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Business Administration or Informatics.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Understanding of how production, logistics, sales and finance processes connect.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proactive and solution-oriented.
• Working level of English.
• Experience with Google Workspace or AI tools (Claude) is a plus.
