Your Responsibilities – Navigate Beyond the Conventional:

• Act as the main point of contact for all strategic matters related to business process management, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business strategy.

• Analyze, monitor, and optimize business processes across the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new tools and technologies.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects related to process optimization, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Manage master data quality and resolve data-related issues, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information.

• Build and maintain a performance monitoring system (KPIs) for business processes, reporting progress to management.

• Build, lead, and develop a successful team, fostering collaboration with managers and stakeholders across all departments.

Ideal Candidate Profile – A Visionary Beyond Limits:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, General Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in business process management, optimization, and project leadership, with strong analytical and leadership skills.

• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with AI-driven tools (such as Claude) is an advantage.

• Proficient in English at a working level.
